[edit] Protection

Wouldn't be too much trouble to, you know... protect the main page? The vandalism is a bit... irritating. And it gives the appearance of being abandoned.

[edit] Article list

I suppose it's okay now, since it's short. Though I think, once we get a lot of articles written, they'll be categorized in a way that wouldn't clutter the main page anyway. --Crisu 05:20, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Naming Convention

Okay, so we're using Japanese order (i.e. Suzumiya Haruhi) for all characters. But what about episode titles and the series title itself (when written in English)? Should it be The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya or The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi? It's currently mixed up on this Wiki, but I'll make corrections, once I get a majority decision. --Crisu 00:13, 24 May 2006 (UTC)

I'm for the Japanese order. In either case, redirects should be added. --M.Marangio 06:45, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
I prefer Western name order when used in English. I'm not sure about here, but Wikipedia will always state the official English name, if there has been a change, or the name in English order. There is also a little note with the name in Japanese, with romanization in Eastern order. I'm not quite sure if we follow this. 74.116.137.2 15:08, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
Does this naming convention also apply to the voice actors' names? (i.e. Hirano Aya as opposed to Aya Hirano) Lunettes 22:00, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
I say western.

[edit] Music

Should we not ad a section for the music? As of today (2006 July 8th) does it exist 6 different official CD's. Victor 20:20, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

Good idea. I started Music with a list and some links. --M.Marangio 21:25, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
We should post lyrics to the songs and their translation.

[edit] Wiki upgraded

I've upgraded it to latest branch, please let me know if there's any problems with any templates. Tsuruya-san 03:39, 5 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Main Page Suggestion

I know I'm not a part of this community, but you might want to protect the Main Page. At least from unregistered edits. It was defaced tonight, and I reverted it for you. ^.^;;

Nice wiki by the way. Mike

[edit] That thing in the corner

It's for a logo. Get one up you lazy nubs! (please)

A long time ago there was a SOS-dan logo, if I remember correctly. -- MMarangio-1457 17:49, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
Where it now? -- Kami 13:56, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Fanstuff

I'm Haldo from www.hrwiki.org (homestar runner wiki) and I think that the SOS wiki should have a Fanstuff. Hrwiki has a website called Homestar Fanstuff wiki which is kind of a branch-off site. It has fanfics, interactive games and flash cartoons made by fans for fans about Homestar Runner.com. -'bye!

[edit] BTW....

I couldn't help but notice that you didn't mention the places. ...So, to get you started, I'm going to make an article about Closed Space. And y'know what would be reeeealy cool? A layout of the school.

"Place" articles that really, seriously, despratly need to be written:

North High (um, duh), Closed Space, The Town (as seen in The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi III), Yukata-san's Manson (As seen in Remote Island Syndrome), East Juinor High (the junior hight school that Haruhi attended)

GOD! You guys are SO LAZY! A brigade member should make more articles!!

[edit] I was wondering...

We couldn't, by any chance, get any of those fancy infoboxes that Wikipedia has, could we? Lunettes 22:30, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
