Ryou Asakura

Ryou Asakura (朝倉 涼宇, Asakura Ryou?) is the gender swapped version of Asakura Ryōko in The Genderbending of Haruhi Suzumiya fan project.

Posessing a pleasant personality, good looks and athleticism, Ryou Asakura at first appears to be a compassionate and hard working student. His extreme popularity unanimously gets him elected as the class representative of Kyon (female)'s homeroom. However, being another 'humanoid interface', like Yuuki, he finds it difficult to empathise with humans. However, unlike Yuuki, he possesses good social skills and initially supports Kyon (female)'s efforts to reach out to Haruki and open him up to the class. The real reason for this is that observation of Haruki would be easier if this were to happen. Later he decides to kill Kyon (female) in hopes of provoking a reaction out of Haruki. Even at the time of his own demise, his cheerful personality never fades. It is hinted from fan drawings that Ryou will attempt to kill Kyon (female) with a samurai sword as opposed to a combat knife (which his female counterpart used).
