Haruki Suzumiya (涼宮 ハルキ, Suzumiya Haruki?) is the gender swapped version of Haruhi Suzumiya in The Genderbending of Haruhi Suzumiya fan project.

[edit] Characteristics

Retaining all the characteristics that made the female version so popular, Haruki would be the hot-blooded male lead that animes these days seem to lack. He's somewhat well-liked by girls at school as well for his devil-may-care attitude, and Haruki would most likely hold a special place in his heart for Kyonko, who is, naturally, immune to his advances. He would occasionally do stupid stuff that gets him into trouble, but pull through with a GAR solution that saves the day. He's often portrayed as wearing goggles, earphones or a headband to resemble his female counterpart's ribbon. He's described as being ridiculously strong, as he can carry Kyon (female) with one arm and run around in the school without getting tired. Instead of a bunny girl costume like Haruhi, he uses a chippendale dancer outfit to attract people's attention. He seems to be completely oblivious to the fact of his appeal with women. He also is said to be the tallest in the genderbended SOS Brigade.
